Program Management ensures that program objectives are realized over the life of a program of work (or series of related projects).  Effective Program Management enables project teams to stay focused and stay on track.  Program Managers provide governance, expert guidance and support to our project teams.  Each team, lead by a project-specific Project Manager, can then concentrate on the job at hand without unnecessary distractions, scope squabbles and complex issues to resolve.  Depending on the project size and complexity, the Program Manager and Project Manager may be a single role, filled by a single person or distinct roles filled by a number of people.
