The Business Process and Requirements Definition takes the deliverables from Solution Definition down to a level of detail necessary to develop a thorough understanding of what it will take to get the job done, resulting in a detailed, business-focused blueprint of the solution. We will define what you want the solution to accomplish, as opposed to how the solution will be implemented. This is a prerequisite and the basis for System Selection and Solution Delivery. These documents are also the benchmark against which project success is measured.

Don't make the mistake of asking a solutions provider to recommend a solution before you complete this critical activity.
