Linda Shepherd

Pete is the founding partner of Agilence LLC and is the Chief Executive Officer.  He is involved on a daily basis with hands-on project delivery and guidance to our clients.

Pete has over 15 years experience in the implementation and support of information systems for the corporate enterprise, as well as direct field experience in IT and operations management, corporate financial accounting, and analysis. He has over 10 years experience in project planning, management, analysis, design, and implementation of highly integrated business control and financial reporting systems including SAP R/3, SSA BPCS, Hyperion Business Intelligence Suite, and Southware Ormandy platforms employed in a variety of global industries. 

Pete’s field experience includes IT department management with responsibility for corporate telecommunications and IT system platforms supporting research and development, clinical trial management, supply and demand chain management, and financial accounting and reporting. Additionally, he has a broad range of field experience in operations management, general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cost accounting, financial analysis, and internal audit.

Pete has worked in the communications, biotechnology, printing distribution, railroad transportation, natural resource, property management, communication,  and financial services industries.  Pete’s experience includes project delivery and support in the United States, Canada,  Europe, and Australasia. 

Linda is Managing Partner and her responsibilities include Marketing, Sales, and Project Delivery, guiding Agilence LLC to provide best practices and the highest quality solutions for our customers from our initial engagement through to successful project delivery.   

With over 13 years of experience in planning, managing, designing, configuring and installing complex information systems, Linda is uniquely positioned to guide Agilence to provide best practices and the highest quality solutions for our customers.

Linda has had responsibility or direct involvement with over 40 successful solution delivery projects in the US, United Kingdom and Australia.  Those projects have included highly integrated business solutions including customer and partner relationship management (marketing, field and inside sales, order management, customer and field service functions), document lifecycle management, financial and management accounting and back-office integration.    Linda's business application experience includes SAP, Siebel, PeopleSoft, FileNET, middleware for system integration, reporting solutions and custom development.  

Linda’s industry experience includes system delivery for oil and gas companies (both upstream and downstream business applications), technology companies (including software and computer equipment manufacturing), biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, telecom services, utility services, non-profit and financial services organizations.
